Biomechanics Specialist

Sophia is a human movement specialist and Functional Patterns practitioner who helps people get out of pain and rebuild their movement from the ground up. She takes a different approach to strength by combining biomechanics, athletic training, and movement artistry. The result: you don’t just recover, you move better, feel stronger, and perform with more control in everything you do.

Services include:

  • One-on-one training
  • Focus on coordination, efficiency, and real-world function
  • Single sessions or packages available

Cost is around $75 per session with discounts for packages


Kyle Patterson (he/him)

Kyle Patterson
ISSA-CPT

Kyle is a certified personal trainer and, more importantly, a real human being with 15+ years of experience in strength training, endurance sports, general fitness, and nutrition principles. He knows how important it is to serve your own inner peace, health, and joy rather than meet some standard set by someone else.

Fitness principles:

  • No one should feel deprived, shamed, or compared to others.
  • Any exercise can be scaled to individual ability, and the best routine is the one that can be adhered to long-term.
  • Respecting clients' needs and cultures helps them achieve their goals.

Options start at $45 per hour but can change depending on availability and goals
